I can train you in your home or we can meet at the West Hillhurst Community Association.

Group Classes

Group classes are fun, enjoyable and balanced with your needs in mind, depending on your fitness goals and current abilities. We emphasize having a good time while enjoying the motivation and accountability benefits of having others with you desiring the same outcomes as you. There are several options to choose from to get you feeling healthy, young and vibrant again:

Bootcamp

  • Provides effective fitness training which focuses on core, lower & upper body training, cardio, calisthenics, and circuit training.
  • Individuals will experience increased strength and endurance and reduced body fat.
  • Designed to accommodate all skill levels from beginner to very fit.

Ladies Fitness

  • Program designed specifically for women to define and tone entire body.
  • Workout in a comfortable and encouraging atmosphere.
  • Fully body resistance training to assist with weight maintenance and strength gains.

Abs/Core/Stretch

  • Strengthen abdominals, back, and glutes.
  • Increase balance and improve posture
  • Tighten and define abdominals

Kettlebell Intro

  • Learn how to use the Kettlebell safely and effectively.
  • Build strength and endurance.

Total Body Conditioning

  • Full body workout using your own body weight and a medicine ball.
  • Improve strength, balance, core stability, and muscle definition.
  • Boost self confidence by learning new and fun exercise techniques.

Teen Fitness

  • For ages 14-17
  • Introduction to Circuit Training and Bootcamp style workouts.
  • Learn proper technique to reduce risk of injury and achieve fitness goals efficiently.
